Details

Health & Dental Insurance Premium:

Dental Insurance:

100% Preventive Coverage, No Waiting Period
Deductible = $50.00 / $150.00 family
80% Basic Coverage, No Waiting Period
50% Major Services, 12 Month Waiting Period
100% Orthodontics, 24 Month Waiting Period

Term Life Insurance:
$15,000.00 Policy

Disability Insurance:
Short term, 26 week maximum, maximum of $200.00 per week

Long Term Disability:
Voluntary, Employee's Responsibility

Accidental Death & Dismemberment:
Compensation for “Loss of Use”

MVI pays the premium for Life, Disability and Accidental Death & Dismemberment. The above are in addition to full coverage with Workers Compensation Insurance for any “on the job” injuries.


401k Retirement Plan:

MVI matches dollar for dollar on the first 4% of your deferral MVI matches .50 on the next 2% of your deferral

Paid Vacation Plan:

0-1 year of service No Paid Vacation
1-3 years of service 1 week paid vacation
3-5 years of service 2 weeks paid vacation
5-10 years of service 3 weeks paid vacation
10+ years of service 1 day each year up to a max. of 4 weeks

Personal/Sick Time:

Special Work Shift:

Work 3 days per week (36 hours), get paid for 40 hours, where applicable.

Shift Compensation Pay:

Second or Night Shift = $1.00 per hour

Employee Account:

Interest Free tooling purchase account – Total purchase is equally divided into 10 payments, one payment per payroll period

Safety Items:

Safety Shoes = $100.00 per year

Safety Glasses = (2) pair per year or similar reimbursement toward the cost of Prescription safety glasses

Any other Safety Items related to the job

Employee Uniforms:

100% paid by MVI

Wage

CNC Lathe Operators
 3, 4 or 5 Day work week available on several different shifts. Requires advanced skills in CNC lathe machining, blueprint reading, tooling selection, speeds & feeds, programming on Fanuc FAPT & G-Code and Mazatrol Controls on Daewoo and Mazak machines. Some personal hand tools required. Excellent equipment and tooling in a modern climate controlled clean shop.
$16-$30/hr
CNC Vertical Machining Center Operators
 3, 4 or 5 Day work week available on several different shifts. Requires advanced skills in CNC milling, blueprint reading, tooling selection, speeds & feeds, programming in G-code on Fanuc and Mitsubishi Controls on Daewoo machines. Some personal hand tools required. Excellent equipment and tooling in a modern climate controlled clean shop.
$16-$30/hr
CNC VTL Operators
 3, 4 or 5 Day work week available on several different shifts. Requires advanced skills in vertical lathe machining, blueprint reading, tooling selection, speeds & feeds, programming in FAPT and G-code on Fanuc Controls on new Toshiba machines. Some personal hand tools required. Excellent equipment and tooling in a modern climate controlled clean shop.
$16-$30/hr
Manual Lathe Operators
 4 Day work week available on second shift. Requires advanced skills in engine lathe machining, blueprint reading, tooling selection, and machining using Sony digital readouts on Poreba machines. Some personal hand tools required. Excellent equipment and tooling in a modern climate controlled clean shop.
$16-$30/hr
